- Assisting with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Supporting budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Processing invoices, posting of journals, reconciliations and assisting with payroll
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Working closely with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Part-qualified or studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar finance role, looking to step up to more management accounting duties
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel
- A proactive and team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
