My client is a global events and digital media group, they have a number of brand enjoying growth across Europe and beyond.
As the business goes through a transformation project they seeka management accountant to joun the team initially for six months to provide monthly accounting to one of the business divisions. The role will combine responsibility for ensuring accurate and efficient month-end reporting and revenue analysis.
This is a permanent opportunity that would support study if required and provide support for further development working closely with an experienced Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Take responsibility for month-end transactions to ensure an efficient and accurate month-end close.
- Manage accruals and prepayments and reporting of deferred revenue
- Produce monthly bank reconciliations
- Responsible for preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations and providing supporting schedules for relevant Balance Sheet accounts.
- Work closely with outsourced financial services provider to optimise business services such as O2C, P2P and R2R.
The role requires an experienced management accountant who can work comfortably on the month-end process. You will be confident to hit the ground running and provide exceptional management accounting support.
