Summary:

We are representing a Property Management & Investment firm based in Central London, with a focus on Pan-European value-add investments across both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Opening their London office in 2020, they have since grown significantly and now looking to grow their Property Accounting team.

The role will report into the Senior Property Management Accountant and responsible for deposits, bank reconciliations and more. It will work closely with the Service Charge team as well as the Operations team to ensure a smooth business function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the Review of the annual budget process with Property managers.
  • Assist with monthly review for income and expenditure for NOI reporting.
  • Build relationship with Operations and finance team in order to carry out the tasks efficiently.
  • Responsible for correct deposit accounting.
  • Manage the deposit transfer and reconcile all payment requests with TDS & DPS.
  • Reconciliation of deposit on a monthly basis.
  • Run the charges for the selective portfolio and ensure move in and move out is updated correctly on Yardi.
  • Review the charges & run reasonableness income test on a weekly basis.
  • Raise monthly rent charges for designated portfolio.
  • Ensure all the unidentified items are posted correctly.
  • Reconciliation of the bank on Yardi on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Support the other team members in their absence.
  • Run ad-hoc reports as requested by Senior Property Management Accountant and Senior Controller.
