You will be responsible for overseeing audit and accounts assignments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing audit and accounts assignments for Not-for-Profit clients, ensuring compliance with UK accounting and auditing standards
  • Leading and mentoring a team, providing guidance and support to junior staff
  • Reviewing audit files, financial statements, and other reports for accuracy and quality
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service delivery
  • Collaborating with senior management on business development and strategic planning
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK auditing standards and Not-for-Profit financial reporting requirements
  • Experience managing audit and accounts assignments, including planning, execution, and completion
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • A proactive and solutions-driven mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team
