The Role:

As an Audit Senior, you will be joining a growing audit team. 

You will also have the opportunity to lead a small team and contribute to the firm's transition to CaseWare for audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare statutory accounts for audit and accounting clients under FRS 102.
  • Conduct audit planning, external audit fieldwork, and finalisation for review.
  • Perform stocktake and work-in-progress audit procedures.
  • Maintain high-quality control standards in line with internal audit requirements.
  • Support the firm with ad hoc tasks as required by senior management.
RequirementsAbout You:

TPF Recruitment are looking for an Audit Senior or Semi-Senior with a strong grasp of FRS 102, ISAs, ISQM1, and IFRS (preferable but not essential). The ideal candidate will be:

  • ACCA/ACA qualified or part-qualified (or with equivalent experience).
  • Experienced in audits across various industries.
  • Confident leading small teams and working independently.
  • Familiar with audit software (experience with Mercia or CaseWare is a plus).
  • Experience with Public Company PLC audits would be advantageous but is not essential.
