- Lead and manage audits from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and design appropriate audit strategies.
- Prepare audit reports and discuss key findings with clients and partners.
- Maintain client relationships and provide proactive business advice.
- Prepare statutory financial statements under UK GAAP and FRS 102.
- Review financial statements, working papers, and disclosures for accuracy.
- Assist clients with general accounting queries and provide technical advice.
- Liaise with HMRC and other regulatory bodies when required.
- Prepare corporation tax computations and returns for each client
- ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified
- Strong audit experience within an accountancy practice.
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements and knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102.
- Experience working with property clients is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using CCH software is advantageous
- Able to commute to and work in London on a full time basis
