Audit and Accounts Senior Central London Up to £55,000 Butler Rose are delighted to be supporting our client, a well-established firm of chartered accountants boasting 40 years' of operations in the heart of London's West End, that are now keen to appoint an accomplished Manager to the existing team. Role Responsibilities: Undertake UK audits in compliance with UK ISA's. Knowledge and experience of audit automation (experience auditing charities helpful although not essential). This accounts for circa. 30% of the role. To manage and be accountable for all aspects of the production and filing of client statutory year end accounts (including group/consolidated accounts), in accordance with client/statutory requirements. To manage and be accountable for all aspects of the production and filing of client corporation tax returns in accordance with client/statutory requirements. To take ownership of the client relationship, liaising directly with the client in relation to account preparation/presentation, service queries and service performance issues. Person Requirements: Be ACCA or ACA qualified. Have a minimum of 3 years Post Qualification experience in a UK accountancy practice. Have experience of all aspects of company audits. Be responsible and accountable for the management and delivery of accountancy and taxation services to the client base in accordance with the Firm's established processes and procedures. (Able to prepare statutory accounts under FRS102 and reduced disclosure FRS102 section 1A.) Continually record, review and report on job performance and costs and ensure that all work is delivered on time and within budget. Manage the financial aspects of all work undertaken from quotation through to invoicing. Be responsible for continually evaluating and improving service and performance levels, implementing efficient business processes and procedures to ensure a high quality, professional, client-focused service provision at all times.
