As an Audit Director, you'll lead a diverse portfolio, mentor teams, and actively contribute to business development efforts, managing a £1m audit portfolio.
What you will be doing as an Audit Director
- Manage and grow a £1m audit portfolio.
- Drive business development efforts, including the acquisition of new clients and expanding existing relationships.
- Lead and mentor audit teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality audits in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape the direction and strategy of the audit department.
What you'll need to succeed as an Audit Director
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in audit management (Non-Big 4 background preferred).
- Proven business development skills.
- Experience managing a large portfolio.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Beneficial if you have your RI status, however, not essential
