This role is ideal for a part-qualified ACA/ACCA professional looking to develop their audit experience within a growing and dynamic firm.Key Responsibilities of the Audit Semi-Senior:
  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments for a range of clients.
  • Conducting fieldwork, including testing financial controls and verifying financial statements.
  • Preparing audit working papers and ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
  • Liaising with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
  • Supporting senior auditors and managers in delivering high-quality audits.
  • Preparing financial statements and management accounts when required.
  • Staying up to date with accounting and audit regulations.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Part-qualified ACA/ACCA (or working towards qualification).
  • At least 1-2 years of audit experience within a UK accountancy practice.
  • Strong understanding of UK GAAP and auditing standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in audit and accounting software.
