The Opportunity

A growing accountancy firm is seeking an Audit Semi Senior join its Corporate Audit team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from charities and financial services to entrepreneurial SMEs and large listed groups.

With turnovers typically between £20m - £40m (up to £400m), you’ll gain exposure to a variety of industries, learning from a team of talented professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Planning and leading audit engagements (70% audit, 30% accounts & tax). Preparing financial statements and drafting tax computations. Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing coaching/feedback. Liaising with clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth delivery of engagements. Managing budgets and assignment time to meet deadlines efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

? ACA or ACCA – Part-qualified or fully qualified.? Audit Experience – Minimum experience in conducting statutory audits within an accountancy practice.? Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with UK GAAP/FRS 102 and audit software (e.g. Caseware).? Strong Communication & Client-Facing Skills – Ability to manage relationships and build trust.
