The Role:

  • Planning and leading audit engagements (70% audit, 30% accounts & tax).
  • Preparing financial statements and drafting tax computations.
  • Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing coaching/feedback.
  • Liaising with clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth delivery of engagements.
  • Managing budgets and assignment time to meet deadlines efficiently.

What You’ll Need:

  • ACA or ACCA – Part-qualified or fully qualified
  • Audit Experience – Minimum experience in conducting statutory audits within an accountancy practice.
  • Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with UK GAAP/FRS 102 and audit software (e.g. Caseware).
  • Strong Communication & Client-Facing Skills – Ability to manage relationships and build trust.
