Audit Senior Job Vacancy
We are delighted to be representing a contemporary independent accountancy firm with an international presence in their search for an Audit Senior in London to join their modern team and support the Audit Managers with the provision of audit and some general accounting matters for a portfolio of exciting clients.
This opportunity will suit someone who is part ACA,?ACCA, or CA qualified or a finalist, with significant audit experience within an accountancy practice. You will be able to effectively communicate technical matters in an easy-to-understand way for clients and an elevated level of attention to detail will also be essential for this role.
Perhaps you’re a Semi Senior with a good, broad knowledge of audit, or you could be working already as a Senior looking for an exciting new challenge. You’ll be ready to support the managers in creating a positive working environment, whilst ensuring the highest quality service is delivered. You’ll be able to accept autonomous responsibility to oversee projects to completion.
This thriving firm is growing at pace and is looking for a motivated and ambitious new Audit Senior who will be comfortable offering creative and innovative ideas as to how the practice can keep up with the needs of their clients as they continue to grow and develop.
Job Purpose
- Manage a large portfolio audit from planning to completion.
- Provide a high level of client customer service and nurture lasting relationships with clients.
- Manage the audit process both on client’s sites and from your desk.
- Support the Audit Managers to coach trainees?and support with their learning and development.
- Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are met.
- Monitor workflow of the team.
- Able to work alongside and part of the senior management team and support with company growth.
- Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
- Confident in networking to promote the department.
- Playing an integral part in the efficiency of the audit team and championing the firm’s values within the team.
- Provide professional and personable client-facing communication skills.

- Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
