This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly or recently qualified auditor looking to develop their career within a growing and dynamic firm.Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing audit assignments from planning to completion.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements in line with UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and technical support.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients during audit engagements.
  • Ensuring audits comply with relevant auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Reviewing audit work and resolving technical issues with managers and partners.
  • Managing audit budgets and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and advising clients on best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or finalist with strong experience).
  • At least 3 years of audit experience in a UK accountancy practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.
  • Experience leading audits and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
  • Proficiency in audit and accounting software.
