This ensures they consistently deliver value to our clients and support their success.As an Audit Senior Associate, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements, working closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality audits. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to progress in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.This Audit Senior Associate’s key responsibilities will include:- Leading and managing audit assignments from planning to completion for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, Charity SORP and other requirements.- Supervising and mentoring junior auditors, providing guidance and training to support their development.- Reviewing audit work, identifying risk areas, and providing recommendations for improvement.- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the audit process.- Preparing financial statements and audit reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Liaising with managers and partners to ensure audits are delivered efficiently and effectively.- Staying up to date with changes in accounting and auditing standards, ensuring best practices are followed.- Contributing to the firm’s strategy and growth initiatives, including process improvements and business development.This Audit Senior Associate’s will need the following qualifications and experience:- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in audit within an accountancy practice.- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified (or finalist with relevant experience).- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.If you’re the Audit Senior Associate we’re looking for, please get in touch quoting AP1124.Please also visit www.air-recruitment.com
