Job Purpose
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients acting in a pivotal role beneath the audit manager.
- Run audits from planning to completion, championing quality and compliance.
- Preparation of accounts and tax computations within audit engagements.
- Work closely with the audit lead during site visits.
- Build strong rapport with clients, proactively handling queries and problem solving.
- Delivering a strong understanding of risk management during audits, with a critical eye to ensure accuracy.
- Keep up to date with audit regulations and emerging trends that could impact the audit function.
- Manage your own workload, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
- Champion your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities.

Job Requirements
- ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years' experience within UK practice.
- Working knowledge of tax regulations, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Working knowledge of software, including CCH, Caseware Audit, Sage Line 50, QuickBooks, and Xero.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Strong time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure.
- A team player who is eager to support the wider team.
