We are currently looking for a qualified ACA or ACCA Audit Senior to join a growing team in a Top 100 firm located in their North or Central London office. With a strong reputation in the industry, our client is expanding rapidly through word of mouth and client referrals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years' practice experience to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team that values quality service, client care, and commercial advice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take a front-line role in auditing a wide range of clients, ensuring audits are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Play a key part in the planning and reporting of audits, supporting the achievement of the team's financial and other targets.
- Use your professional expertise to assess the risks and governance issues facing clients and provide insight into their control environments.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, helping them to develop their skills and progress in their careers.
- Engage with clients and senior management to build strong relationships, ensuring excellent client care and adding value to business relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the firm, leveraging existing relationships and developing new contacts.
Professional Experience Required for an Audit Senior:
- Qualified ACA or ACCA.
- Minimum 3 years' experience ideally in a medium-sized practice.
- Proven track record of leading audits from planning to completion.
- Accounts experience is helpful but not essential.
- Experience in the consolidation of large or complex group audits.
- Strong supervisory experience with junior staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
