Job Title: Audit TraineeLocation: Central London

We are delighted to partner with a leading firm in Central London to recruit an Audit Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for auditing to join a renowned firm offering outstanding career development and exposure to a diverse client base.

Our client works with a wide range of businesses, including some listed companies, and serves clients across various sectors. This role provides the chance to gain hands-on experience with high-profile clients while continuing your ACA/ACCA studies in a supportive and flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting audits for a varied portfolio of clients, including large corporates and SMEs.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and other essential audit documents.
  • Ensure audits comply with current accounting standards and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing valuable advisory services.
  • Collaborate with senior auditors in planning and executing audits from start to finish.
  • Work alongside the accounts team to support integrated services.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Currently studying for ACA/ACCA with at least one year of practical experience in audit.
  • Strong knowledge of audit and accounting principles.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in financial statement preparation is a plus.
