Bookkeeper/Management Accountant£40,000-£45,000North West LondonAn international Charity with head offices located in North-West London are recruiting for a Bookkeeper/Management Accountant to join their finance team. Candidates applying should be part qualified (ACCA, CIMA) or AAT qualified and have a good working knowledge of Xero.Excellent salary + benefits on offer. Duties will include;* Monthly Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables* Purchase ledger duties, managing the purchase order system, processinginvoices and expenses and preparing payment and supplier reconciliations* Updating cashbook/ nominal ledger with payments and receipts* Working with Finance Manager to complete monthly bank reconciliations forreview* Monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts* Recording of petty cash transactions* Credit card processing, updating ledger and monthly reconciliation* Preparation of quarterly VAT returns* Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts* Assisting with month end journals and preparation of management accountsThis opportunity would suit a Bookkeeper with exposure to management accounts and experience with Xero.
