The Business Services Team of a Top 50 Practice is looking to add an ambitious Semi-Senior Accountant to join their Department. The role offers a great mix of work which includes preparation of year end accounts, management accounts, VAT and other tax work making it a very unique opportunity. The successful applicant will be working with some of the most exciting and fast growing companies in the world so this role is ideal for someone who is ambitious and wants to join a friendly team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of year-end accounts
- Preparation of management accounts, VAT returns and other tax work
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, acting as the first point of contact and responding effectively to any queries that may arise
- Assisting with the on-boarding process for new clients
- Identifying and implementing any improvements that can be made to processes
Requirements:
- AAT qualified or working towards a qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience of working within the Business Services/Outsourcing Team of an Accountancy Firm
- Strong experience of preparing both year-end and management accounts .
- Excellent communication skills
