A dynamic and growing tech company is seeking a talented Accountant to join their team as the Chief Accountant for their holding company and newly established subsidiary in the UK.
Your new role
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, tax, and payroll matters.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities.
- Supervise the accountant responsible for the USA and Canada operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, tax compliance, and payroll processing.
- Establish and manage accounting processes for a new operating company.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic
