The role is a Client Accountant position in one of the UK's largest real estate firms. The candidate MUST have over 4 years of accounting experience, including a strong understanding of service charge.

Description

  • Reporting to clients (standard and client specific reporting) ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are adhered to
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of service charge income and expenditure
  • Point of contact for client queries
  • Maintain/Oversee housekeeping of property & leases data on financial database
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as and when required
  • Management of client and property cash-flow and funding
  • Annual property service charge reviews and liaise with Asset Manager and Service Charge Team to ensure completion within best practice guidelines
  • Attend client and internal meetings as and when required

Profile

  • A strong understanding of Service Charge and calculation
  • 4 years of experience in a previous role
  • A strong understand of Client Accounts (Commercial, Residential & Mixed-Use)
  • An Accounting / Finance degree (or any other relevant qualification)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full UK Working Rights
