About You
If you have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Client Accounts for an Estate Agent, get in touch.

Role responsibilities
- Allocating receipts from the client account daily
- Processing of direct debits including collection of rents, setting up new collections, rent increases and cancellations
- Chasing of rent arrears
- Actioning payments to suppliers and owners
- Checking and sending the rental statements and remittances
- Reviewing all renewals and new tenancies to ensure that the fees and rents are raising correctly in line with the agreed terms
- Managing our rent recovery policies including setting up new policies, discussing with owners and putting through any claims
- Processing of deposit refunds
- Reviewing all supplier invoices added to the system by other departments before approving for payment
- Processing owner landlord tax payments and reporting as required to HMRC
- Dealing with all accounts related queries from residents and owners
- Monthly reconciliation of deposits held
Package
- £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
- Mon - Fri
- 21 days + bank holidays
