Client AccountantLondon Bridge £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experienceMy client, a fast growing property management firm with portfolio of residential and commercial properties, are seeking a Client Accountant to join their team and become an integral part of their team and the growth of the business.The Client Accountant role involves being part of a dynamic accounts team looking after part of the company portfolio from posting invoices to preparing quarterly budgets. Over time you will gain enough knowledge and skills to progress your career, with the opportunity for promotion within the company!Duties:

  • Collaborate and partner with the team delivering upon the company's shared mission, vision and values.
  • Invoice posting
  • Posting Lessee Receipts
  • Uploading service charge budgets
  • Raising demands
  • Quarterly Budget vs Actuals
  • Preparing year end packs
  • Updating QUBE with lessee information
  • Responding to Client / Lessee / Accountants queries
  • Monthly Direct Debit Runs
  • Arrears Chasing

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' service charge accounts experience ideally in Property Management.
  • Experience using QUBE or other property accounts systems (eg TRAMPS, Propman, Blocks Online etc)
  • Experienced in managing a varied range of activities and client interactions.
  • Proven ability as a problem solver, ensuring the issue is resolved and communicated.
  • Experienced in managing many activities in a fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment.
  • Ability to assess the urgency or timeline of a task and to prioritise accordingly

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with one hour for lunch, 1 day work from homeHolidays: 20 days per year plus 8 Bank holidays, increasing 1 day for every year of service capped at 25 daysBenefits:
