- Manage client accounts, including rent collections, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Resolve financial queries from landlords, tenants, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and overdue balances.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end accounts.
- Previous experience in a client accountant role (property industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- AAT qualification or equivalent (preferred, not essential).
- Competitive salary of £35,000 - £36,000.
