The role is a Client Accountant position in one of the UK's largest real estate firms. The candidate MUST have over 4 years of accounting experience, including a strong understanding of service charge.

Description
- Reporting to clients (standard and client specific reporting) ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are adhered to
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of service charge income and expenditure
- Point of contact for client queries
- Maintain/Oversee housekeeping of property & leases data on financial database
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as and when required
- Management of client and property cash-flow and funding
- Annual property service charge reviews and liaise with Asset Manager and Service Charge Team to ensure completion within best practice guidelines
- Attend client and internal meetings as and when required
Profile
- A strong understanding of Service Charge and calculation
- 4 years of experience in a previous role
- A strong understand of Client Accounts (Commercial, Residential & Mixed-Use)
- An Accounting / Finance degree (or any other relevant qualification)
- Strong communication skills
