Salary - £32,000 - £33,000

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within estate agency or property management
  • Part Qualified or Qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA welcome
  • Experience working in a similar sized growing organisation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Office, Xero/Sage Line 50
  • Familiarity with Reapit is welcome but not essential
  • Good knowledge of financial management and reporting
  • Thorough understanding of property related accounts processes
  • Experience in preparing management accounts, payroll, and reports (payroll and management accounts are handled externally)
  • Excellent eye for attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence with data analysis
  • Problem solver with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues internally and externally
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Structured, disciplined, energetic, and committed to continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant:

  • 1-2 years of experience in property sector client accounting or similar
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A team player who is proactive and adaptable
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex data
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work autonomously when necessary
