Client Audit Executive

A Global Advertising company based in London are looking for a Client Audit Executive to join their growing finance team.

This is a really exciting opportunity for somebody who is looking to make their first move into industry.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the end-to-end reconciliation of agency and media owners' campaigns and billings on a monthly basis to ensure accurate reporting and smooth external client audits. This role is a key role within the finance function and will offer the opportunity for progression.

Your duties will include:

• Acting as the front-line business liaison for all campaign-related transactions ensuring tech systems reconcile with the finance system.
• Oversee the successful facilitation of specific client audits and be the primary point of contact with Media Agencies to ensure audit obligations are fulfilled
• Amend systems and drive process implementation and improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee the work of the wider team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on internal and external audits, have a high level of analytical skills with the ability to use their own initiative. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Ideally you will be PQ/finalist level or newly qualified ACA and looking to make your first move into industry.
