- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Part-qualified and/or AAT will not be considered.
- Experience within early-stage startup tech companies, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector.
- Strong commercial and technical skills, including expertise in budgeting, cash flow management, financial reports and modelling.
- Able to participate in the company's management decisions and provide a strong financial input and analysis to the CEO and Board which can be relied upon.
- Experience with Cloud-based financial modelling tools.
- Experience in Xero and in streamlining financial systems and driving operational efficiency.
- Proven experience providing accounting support to a portfolio of companies is an advantage.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a proven ability to thrive in a challenging start-up setting.
