Responsibilities and Duties

As an Associate Director, you will be leading a team of consultants providing mentorship, guidance, and managing projects, as well as building client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Help UK and international institutional investors manage investment taxes, including reviews, tax governance, operational taxes, and client queries.
  • Aid large investment managers in creating and operating public market funds.
  • Ensure compliance with risk procedures and manage financial aspects of engagements.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, leveraging referrals from the UK and global business.
  • Assist senior team members in targeting new clients and business opportunities.

Requirements

Candidates will ideally need to be CTA, ACA, ACCA qualified (or equivalent) current or past experience in practice.

Additional requirements include:

  • Familiarity with fund structures and investment tax issues.
  • Skilled in investment tax reviews and advisory.
  • Expertise in advising on withholding taxes.
  • Capable of managing multiple client portfolios and projects.
  • Proactive in advancing projects with senior team guidance.
  • Experienced in managing junior staff and stakeholders.
  • Confident in client interactions and relationship building.
