Role responsibilities- Leading the Business Tax Team, ensuring high standards of service and technical excellence
- Managing a portfolio of large owner-managed businesses and SMEs across multiple sectors
- Acting as the day-to-day lead for the tax team, overseeing workflows and ensuring compliance deadlines are met
- Providing expert tax advisory services, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and planning strategies
- Running the compliance team, ensuring all corporate tax compliance requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Supporting and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of professional development
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key advisor for tax matters
- Driving business development initiatives to expand the firm’s corporate tax offering
- Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and ensuring the firm remains compliant and proactive in tax planning strategies
