Castlefield Recruitment are pleased to be partnering with a Housing Association in London to recruit a Corporate Tax Specialist on a part time basis. Reporting directly into the Head of Financial Services, you will be responsible for the internal advising for Corporate Taxes for the organisation, to allow the company to make informed decisions for their customers. This role is a 3 day a week role, with the salary pro-rata’d accordingly. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone we-versed in Tax accounting from a corporate/non-profit team in Practice looking to move into industry, or for someone in industry who is looking to move to a Non-profit business with excellent benefits

Duties;

  • Provide tax planning advice to the Board and senior leadership of the organisation 
  • Lead on the timely production and management of the organisations Corporate Taxes
  • Be responsible for working with the Financial Services Director in the development of the business Tax strategy  for the wider Finance function
  • Be a key liaison with HMRC to ensure a clear line of communication for the business for the Tax function 
  • Partner with budget holders across the organisation to provide tax advice in accordance with HMRC guidelines
  • Identify & implement any areas of risk, or opportunities for Tax savings within the business
  • Ensure appropriate controls are in place
