A leading Top 20 UK network of chartered accountants, renowned for delivering expert tax and advisory services are seeking a Corporate Tax Partner to grow their London-based corporate tax practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy: Drive the strategic growth of the corporate tax division, aligning with the firm's mission to deliver exceptional client service and innovative tax solutions.
  • Client Management: Develop and manage key client relationships, offering advisory services on corporate tax planning, compliance, and transaction structuring.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the tax team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth through cross-selling other services and expanding the firm's market presence.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth advice on UK corporate tax issues, including M&A, R&D tax credits, international tax structuring, and tax compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience at partner or director level in corporate tax, ideally within a London-based firm.
  • Expertise in UK corporate tax legislation and cross-border tax issues.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and developing client portfolios and delivering measurable business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and client projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with high-level corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
