About the Company:
My client is an international fit-out and refurbishment contractor specialising in commercial fit-out projects across a variety of sectors, including workspace, retail, and hospitality spaces.
About the Role:
As a Cost Estimator, you will prepare and/or validate project cost estimates at various stages of the projects, facilitate quantitative risk assessments for cost and schedule, and actively participate in execution reviews. Other responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and quantifying the costs and activities required for all works included in the specifications and bills of quantities (considering production time, materials, and labour).
- Analysing the legal, technical, and financial risks of a project.
- Researching and proposing technical and economic solutions.
- Selecting companies and proposing partnerships, managing all communications and relations with technical and purchasing departments, both internal and external.
- Evaluating the profitability and viability of projects and making recommendations to the delivery team.
- Participating in the preliminary financial phase of projects.
- Consulting with suppliers: organising and analysing offers.

Requirements:
- Qualified as an Architect, Engineer, or Surveyor, or holding studies in business school with a specialization in the construction sector.
- At least 5 years of experience as a cost estimator.
- Proficient computer skills.
