Role:Experienced Bookkeeper to join a small Family Office in London.Ideally part qualified with previous experience and understanding of accounting procedures.Good knowledge of accounting software platforms such as Sage and MSN Money.Able to work across multiple accounts.Responsibilities:Maintain and update accounting records by recording and posting transactions. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. Prepare appropriate schedules as requested. Review and ensure all invoices are authorised and legitimate with appropriate approval prior to payment by Cheque or BACS. Tracking and reconciling bank account balances. Managing monthly payrollRequirements:Previous experience in a financial or accounting related field, with proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records. Proficient computer skills, including file and data management.MS Office experience essential. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to converse at all levels.
