Job SummaryA leading listed real estate firm is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their corporate team. This role will support financial management for a key business unit, providing financial insight, overseeing controls, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong management accounting experience and a background in supporting operational teams. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and strategic growth.Key Responsibilities* Financial Reporting & Control: Ensure compliance with company financial policies across the business unit. Manage month-end processes, including preparation of Profit & Loss statements, forecasts, and detailed financial analyses.* Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, developing financial plans that align with both department and company-wide objectives.* Business Partnering: Work closely with the Business Unit Director, offering financial insights to support business decisions and improve performance.* Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting, cash flow management, and cost control to support sustainable financial growth.Key Requirements* Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CAANZ, or equivalent qualification.* Experience: 3+ years in finance roles, ideally within management accounting or business partnering for corporate or operational teams.* Skills: Strong financial analysis, team leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, with a proactive approach to improving financial practices.
