My client are a household name company with multiple sites across the UK they are expanding rapidly with new sites opening on a regular basis. They are now seeking a commercially focussed accountant to join them in a role where you will partner closely with operations to drive performance across the estate.
Duties will include: -
- Explain trading numbers and P&L.
- Analyse variances vs budget, providing insightful analysis and produce the monthly review pack.
- Lead performance reviews with operations identifying opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs, and optimize revenue.
- Develop and track KPIs to highlight risks and opportunities
- Become an expert in cost of sales and labour, driving efficiencies with operations.
- Provide financial expertise in budget development, forecasting models, and setting targets.
- Build financial literacy across operations, fostering accountability and ownership.
- You will have experience within a multisite company (retail / leisure / hospitality) in a role where you have driven profitable performance by influencing key stakeholders
