Marks Sattin have been engaged by a globally renowned research organisation to find a Finance Business Partner that will assist with upcoming projects within the team. This role is suitable for a qualified Accountant who is seeking a commercial role where you will act as a key advisor to senior leadership teams across this organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business partner with key stakeholders in specific areas of the organisation
  • Financial analysis and commercial insights to improve the quality of decisions
  • Ensure design and delivery of insightful, relevant, business and financial reporting
  • Planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop project plans, with suitable budgets, milestones and deliverables
  • Review and undertake financial due diligence on various projects
  • Ensure that appropriate financial controls are in place
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements
  • Act as a coach / mentor to junior members of the team

Successful Candidate

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or relevant qualification
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Available at short notice or immediately

Other Details

  • Competitve day rate (£350-£400 day inside IR35)
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
