A PE backed tech business in Central London is seeking a qualified accountant with a salary range of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum plus a bonus scheme.
The ideal candidate should be ACA qualified from practice with at least 1 year of experience in the industry.
Key responsibilities include managing the UK & Ireland entity, overseeing a small team, and managing cash-flow and compliance.
Additional duties involve preparing board packs, reviewing group reporting packs, leading the budget process, and handling company tax returns.
This role offers the opportunity for further progression within the company, with a flexible work arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

A PE Backed Tech Business in Central London are looking for a progressive Qualified Accountant that is looking to make the step up to F.C. The ideal background will be someone who is ACA Qualified from Practice within a minimum of 1 year in industry.

Duties to include;

Responsible for UK & Ireland entity whilst managing a small team (reporting into Group FD)
Manage cash-flow, intercompany fund and ensure compliance
Preparation of board packs for monthly meetings
Review of group reporting packs
Leading on the budget process
Preparation of company tax returns (supported by FD & advisor)
Annual statutory financial statements
Financial modelling when needed
