Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in both purchase sales ledger and sales ledger and audit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Assisting in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements.
  • Handling confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a finance assistant or bookkeeping role.
  • Familiarity with purchase sales ledger and sales ledger tasks.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Experience in audits
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
