We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Officer to join our team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the school's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and payroll.
  • Utilise FMS (Financial Management System) and MIS (Management Information System) to manage financial data.
  • Support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team with financial planning and decision-making.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check (required).
  • Proven experience in a similar finance role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Proficiency in using FMS and MIS.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
