Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the group reporting team, overseeing key M&A projects with comprehensive insight into monthly accounting activities.
- Prepare technical accounting papers, ensuring a sharp focus on the financial reporting implications of significant transactions.
- Manage the preparation of statutory accounts, coordinating with external providers for corporation tax matters.
- Own the group audit process from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery of audit requests.
- Partner closely with the US and UK finance teams to oversee revenue contracts, ensuring full compliance with US and UK GAAP.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- ACA/ACCA qualified with 1-2 years of experience, particularly with exposure to M&A activities.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge combined with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to delivering value to key stakeholders and driving high-quality outcomes.
