TalentEdge are partnered with a leading, global Media establishment who are looking for a Financial Accountant for a 6 month FTC to support and play a pivotal role in their Finance function.

Responsibilities:

Support in preparing financial statements under UK GAAP and preparing reconcilaitions between statutory and management accounts for presentation to board
Lead the financial reporting and be the key liaison between internal/external auditors, supporting on audit requests and requirements
Ensure compliance is met with UK GAAP and US GAAP for US teams reporting
Work with internal corporation tax team to support tax schedules
Assist on ad-hoc projects for the business in accordance to statutory reporting
Collaborate with wider finance team and departments to consult financial requirements

About you:

ACA/ACCA/CA/CAANZ qualified
Strong experience working in a financial reporting position or from an audit background
Must have UK GAAP and US GAAP knowledge
Strong communicator with a motivated mindset
Previous experience in Media is advantageous
