Financial Accountant
BlueCrest Recruitment are recruiting for Financial Accountant for a fast growing and already established International Retail company based in North West London. The Parent company is listed on a stock exchange and the successful Accountant will be working in one of their well performing subsidiaries.
The culture is excellent and this role essentially is a gateway for the opportunity to build experience and progress to the next step within 18 months or so.
The successful Financial Accountant will be a candidate who has gained experience with month end, revenue accounting, completion of statutory obligations and internal reporting. The successful candidate will be integral to the team in being responsible for major accounts. The role is demanding and challenging and will suit someone who has excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Post qualified experience,
- Month end Management accounts
- Reviewing Balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Involved in the monthly forecasts
- Stock Accounting knowledge
- Driving improvements and efficiencies
- Approve work by the team beneath you, AP/CC
- Understanding revenue accounting
- Experience with either Opera Accounting system will be desirable but you can train up on this system quickly.
- Strong IT skills Excel (advanced level)
- Experience of managing multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
- Proactive attitude to improving processes
- Experience of AMAZON FBA and its use will also be very desirable.
Background:
Fully Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent
A willingness to learn and being able to have broad shoulders to absorb and implement feedback for a fast progressive career.
Can demonstrate excellent team working skills
Parking is also available and will be easier to get to, located near Brent Cross Shopping Centre
