IN2Consult are partnering with a London based gambling company who are on the lookout for a Financial Accountant to join their team. For the right candidate, they can pay up to £60,000 pa & they offer study support, free breakfast & a competitive pension plan. This is an office based role with flexible hours. Responsibilities
- Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are prepared on a monthly basis, all balances are correct, and differences are investigated.
- Variance and trend analysis.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting process.
- Managing and overseeing the organisation’s month-end/Year-end financial processes Preparing and presenting monthly accounts.
- Prepare and post key journals including accruals, prepayments, accrued and deferred income/costs and etc.
- Assisting in year-end statutory process.
- Support in the preparation of accurate monthly and quarterly report.
- Managing payments process.
- Addressing any other financial compliance matters.
- Overseeing the company's compliance with tax legislation and regulations, including VAT, Corporation Tax, PAYE/NIC.
- Other ad hoc projects as required by CFO, head of finance.
Key Skills
- Excellent level of communication
- At least part qualified
- Very strong MS Excel skills
- Gambling or tech experience would be a plus
- Comfortable with office working
