An exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant to join a well-known brand and contribute to a passionate, supportive team. You will manage financial accounts, oversee bank reconciliations, and collaborate with senior leadership across a growing, international business.

Financial Accountant Responsibilities:

Manage financial accounts for the core business such as store, online and wholesale across the UK and EU
Oversee month-end, year-end tasks, balance sheet reconciliations, and the fixed asset register.
Provide commentary on monthly management accounts and partner with senior leadership (CFO, Head of Finance, etc.).
Direct line management of two cash and banking accountants, ensuring timely review of bank reconciliations.
Support regulatory reporting across multiple international markets (UK, EU, Germany, and beyond).
Lead the foundation's financial accounting, managing quarterly accounts and audits.
Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Financial Accounting Manager and Group Financial Controller.

Financial Accountant Requirements:

ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or finalist.
Proven experience as a Financial Accountant with team management experience.
Expertise in bank reconciliations and accounting systems (Microsoft NAV preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with non-finance stakeholders.
Retail or B2C experience is advantageous but not essential.
