A global leading multi-site retail and leisure business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA qualified candidate to join its finance function.

You will be responsible for co-ordination and delivery of all accounting projects within EMEA relating to process improvements; transformation activities and reporting requirements. The role will plan and deliver full documentation of processes and procedures as well as where applicable provide training and support; alongside developing the current reporting framework in line with best practice.

Main duties include:

  • Manage projects associated with transformation initiatives and systems upgrades/ redesign
  • Working closely with the accounting managers to ensure correct reporting and analysis of results, and reconciliation of intercompany
  • Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly EMEA consolidation MI pack and provide a concise financial commentary
  • Work alongside the broader financial teams to drive improved budget holder accountability.

You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, likely looking for your first move from practice with some exposure to consolidations.
