The position offers a competitive salary of £50,000 to £55,000 per year.

Venn Group are currently working with an established Housing Association in London who are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Financial Accountant you will be responsible for a range of duties including statutory accounting, VAT returns and balance sheet reconciliations.

Duties:

Lead on the production of the statutory accounts of all subsidiaries
Review balance sheets and ensure balance sheet reconciliations and completed accurately
Efficiently prepare VAT returns
Assist with internal and external audits, dealing with queries and implementing recommendations
Line manage 2 individuals and provide any necessary training

Experience:

Part / fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
Knowledge of the Housing sector (desirable)
