Financial Accountant

Location: West LondonSalary: £60,000 - £65,000

An excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant looking to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making within a complex and fast-paced organisation.

Duties will include:

• Managing financial accounting across multiple entities within the business.
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in compliance with FRS 101.
• Conducting variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Maintaining general ledger accounts and handling journal postings.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly balance sheets and cash flows.
• Supporting internal and external audits with relevant financial data.
• Collaborating with departments to enhance financial processes and controls.
• Engaging in projects such as system upgrades and process improvements.

You will be a qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with at least two years post-qualification experience. This role is ideal for someone moving from practice into industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in SAP, and Excel, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines are essential. You should be an effective communicator with a proactive approach to professional development.
