We are seeking a Lecturer and Assessor in Electrical Installation to join our team at the Uxbridge campus. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about teaching and assessing apprentices both on-site and in the workplace. You will be instrumental in designing, planning, and delivering educational programmes, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for apprentices.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assess apprentices on site and in the workplace, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks related to assessments and teaching.
- Liaise effectively with employers and college staff to facilitate a cohesive learning environment.
- Deliver a range of programmes related to Electrical Installation.
- Actively participate in the design, planning, and delivery of schemes of work and lesson plans.
- Provide support and guidance to apprentices, fostering a positive and conducive learning atmosphere.
- Qualified to Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- Experience gained within the Electrical Installation industry.
- Some teaching, training, and/or assessing experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire apprentices.
