Key responsibilities include preparing monthly management reports, conducting variance analysis, and assisting with year-end financial statements and audits.
The candidate will also be involved in tax compliance, cash management, and providing ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
The position is hybrid, starting ASAP, but the company is willing to consider candidates with a notice period of up to one month.

Financial Accountant, Property - 9 month FTC £70-£80k - Hybrid

I'm working with a listed property business on a Financial Accountant 9 month FTC.

The role sits within the Financial Reporting team and carries with it significant responsibility. Working closely with 3rd party Property Managers and Asset Managers on the day to day financial reporting.

The responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:

Preparation of the monthly management reports
Preparation of detailed and high-quality monthly variance analysis.
Preparing of year end financial statements and assisting with year-end audits.
Assisting on the tax compliance - including quarterly VAT reporting.
Liaising with 3rd party providers to ensure delivery of timely and high quality reporting.
Cash management including monthly distributions.
Working with the Asset Manager to provide adhoc financial analysis.
Adhoc finance tasks and project work as requested.

Fully qualified Accountant
Experience of preparing statutory accounts
Previously working within the Property sector
